The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for a month while we loked for a home. The owner lowered our rate by alot. The staff made it feel like a home. Plus they let our 4 dogs and cat stay with us . No problem .

Good price. Nice hotel. The hot tub made my skin very dry. I am very familiar with hot tubs (I have one). Was clean but much chemicals. I did get a rash from the tub. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Loved my time at this Travelodge. The hotel definitely has some areas of improvement for overall look, but the amenities are on the right track. Our room was very comfortable, the AC was working well and lots of lighting, lobby is clean and well kept. For what I paid, this was more than worth the price! The BEST part of the whole experience was the service. The service during breakfast was phenomenal, the lady who greeted us every morning made it a great experience. The receptionists were very accommodating and kind. Thank you so much to the whole team for an amazing experience! Looking forward to seeing how this place improves with its renovations.

We have been staying here off and on for work in the area. The hotel itself is huge and dated. They are not trying to be a fancy 5 star hotel, rather, a hotel you can bring your family with and have fun. They have put in 4 EV chargers, replaced some gym equipment, added new ventilation in gym and pool areas, new arcade machines totally about 10 now, new lighting throughout most of the halls. A BBQ in the courtyard and plenty of picnic tables. I only have 2 complaints about this hotel, it is the pool area needs a professional scraping and painting. The black mold that comes on the walls between windows in pool area definitely needs to be addressed!!! Multiple broken workout machines (are ordering new ones apparently) Overall, we pick this hotel more then any others in Sydney for the simplicity and overall vibe.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (2 adults, 3 teens.)We had 2 connecting rooms, one room was a living room with pull out couch, kitchenette and bathroom and the other room had 2 double beds and bathroom. Our room was very comfortable with clean carpets, new mattresses and nice bathrooms. Customer service was very good as was the delicious breakfast. My family agreed that breakfast was better here than at other hotels we stayed at. The pool was ok, facilities there old and the gym and some equipment needs to be replaced. Laundry facilities are available. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel to families on a budget.

Definitely 5 stars for this hotel! The staff was great to deal with, even with the weirdest questions. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was such a quiet little area. Sadly the sauna was out of service when we were there. But the arcade area was plentiful! It had lots of options. And don’t get me started on the breakfast! It was great! Had lots of flavour in the sausage, the pancakes were great and the orange juice and coffee actually had flavour! If you’re staying in town and want somewhere that’s pretty central, I would definitely recommend!

Great experience. Hotel is a bit outdated but our room was far nicer then the main hallways. Great breakfast with lots of options. Staff was friendly and thoughtful. Pool and sauna were awesome. Unfortunately the hottub was being fixed during our stay, which sucked a bit as we chose the hotel because it had a hottub. Great comfy bed, lots of towels and toiletries. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and smart tv in the room. The ceiling on the third floor was leaking during the rain, only in the hallway and not in our room. Staff was quick to get it fixed.
